Saya Suyama is a yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training, specializing in creative vinyasa, breath-led movement, and alignment-based practice. Her approach blends strength, awareness, and intention to help practitioners move beyond surface-level yoga and build a practice that feels both grounded and sustainable. Drawing from years of personal experience with injury, rebuilding, and refinement, she teaches a method that supports long-term progress, both physically and internally.
